- nem tisztázott Káin kit vesz el, és milyen városban települ le
- Noé bárkája nagyobb fahajó lett volna, mint amit valaha is építettek, nem fértek volna a bárkába az állatok, nem jutottak volna be a megadott idő alatt, kérdéses a szükséges életkörülmények biztosítása
- miért említik a holló kieresztését, másodszorra miért nem?
- hogy élte túl az olajfa az Özönvizet?
- nincs nyoma sem az Özönvíznek (sem a víznek sem a tömeges kihalásnak), sem Noénak és kis családjának mint az emberiség egyetlen továbbörökítője (se név, se más)
- nincs nyoma honnan származnak az Egyiptomiak
- senki nem jegyezte fel az ókor nagy csodája címre esélyes Bábel tornyát, és semmijen jel nem utal rá ma sem, hogy valaha létezett (a Genezisben található változatot)

vitathatatlanul téves tények
- Jákóbnak az Úr az Izráel nevet adja, kijelenti, többé ne nevezzék Jákóbnak, az Írás Izráel Egyiptomban bekövetkező halálakor is folyton Jákóbnak nevezi. Ha a Szentlélek ihlette volna ezt a könyvet, ez nem fordulhatna elő. Emiatt ezt a könyvet apokrifnak kell minősítenünk.

arguable facts
- the Lord only creates herbivorous animals
- Adam and his mate, the serpent and the Tree of Knowledge
- where are now the Garden of Eden and the protector cherubs?

- it isn't leared who was the wife of Kain, and which city they built
- if Noa's ark had been made of wood it'd be bigger then the biggest wooden ship in scientific history, in it how could be ebough space, how could they approve the necessary circumstances for each species, how could the animals enter so fast?
- why the raven is sent out first time and not at the second?
- how could the olive-tree survive the flood?
- there is no sign of the Great Flood (nor the water, nor the mass deathes), no sign of Noa too elsewhere (nor the name nor anything else)
- where did the Egyptians came from? Whose their uncestor?
- No other sources mentions the Tower of Babel - what I think could have been taken place amongst the Wonders of the ancient times -, and there is also no other footprint it left behind (like the bases of the structure)

unarguably incorrect facts
- "thy name shall not be called any more Jacob, but Israel" says the Bible. But even at his death in Egypt he is called Jacob again and again. If the Holy Spirit (aka. God) would have inspired this book this couldn't happen. Because of this we have to sign this book as an apocryph.
